Quality Control

Visual Inspection

QC managers will inspect packages, labels, parts' markings, Date code, lot code and country of origin consistent on the top and bottom of the parts or not to ensure conforming with MFR specifications. Microscope with high magnification will be needed to inspect the parts whether free of dirt, scratches, discoloration, oxidation and other nonconformities. All visual inspection procedures refer to ' ERAI Top Ten Inspection Procedures

Acetone Verification

Do the part markings remain consistent during part marking permanency testing? Acetone is acceptable for ‘blacktop’ removal when identifying resurfaced parts but may remove part markings from authentic parts.

Testing by 3rd qualified test house

Solderability Test, X-Ray Test, Decapsulation and Electrical Test can be assigned to 3rd party international qualified test house which is agreed by customer.
